Finances: As a Hospital District resident you may participate in any general activities of the Hospital District without paying anything.
Irving neighborhood associations get project specific grants each year BUT the newsletter, gatherings and the like are supported by annual contributions of the residents.
Each director and many other residents make an annual $20 donation (for their entire family) and that seems to be almost enough to make it all work.
